It is very important to blaze state-owned enterprises energy and improve the enterprises competition power by reorganization. In recent years. Some experts and scholars put forward all kinds of reorganization schemes, combining the reality of our country and consulting the international successful experience. The execution of these schemes helps the state-owned enterprise walk to the market and adapt to the game rules of market economy step by step. However, because of the long-period of plan economy, the close enterprise-moving model leads to many evils, so the reorganization of state-owned enterprise is suit in probe as yet.This paper makes study and analysis to the marketing of the middle-small state-owned enterprise-ShanXi HergDa Gas Engine Head office. The author collects cleans up and analyzes the working information and market date of this company in the recent ten years. By analysis to its marketing actuality and the existing problem, based on the study on its superiority and inferior position, the author puts forward its marketing countermeasures combing its trade character. The author thinks that the HengDa company should fractionate its market, find its objective market and oriented, its market correctly. By establishing and improving the marketing channel the company can keep the logistics. By running the marketing personnel scientifically. By changing the old idea that theimportance is not image but product and establishing the brand image. Their products will be more easily accepted by the consumers. By using internet widely the company will communicate with the user more conveniently. Each sale countermeasure tries to suit reality, so it is aimed and easily to be done. At the same time the countermeasures are scientific by using new marketing theory and methods.From demonstration angle the whole paper tries to help HengDa company to extricate itself from a difficult position and strengthen enterprise competition power. The author hopes that the paper will have some reference meaning to the reorganization of other state-owned enterprises.
