The Qindu District Belonged To Sme Restructuring

The small and medium-sized enterprises are main sources of a country's tax revenue and foreign exchange income. They also make great contribution in providing working opportunities, enlivening markets, developing a country's economy and safeguarding it's social stability. Owing to the policy, their organization structure and weaknesses, the small and medium-sized enterprises in our country still faces many difficulties. Based on the facts mentioned above, this paper analyzed the characteristics, present situation of the small and medium-sized enterprises and the problems they are facing, summarized the reform history and theory development of the state-owned enterprises. Much attention has been paid to the retrospect of the history of the small and medium-sized enterprises in Qindu district and the problems they are facing. After summarizing the features, concrete measures, effects of the reform and the problems they are facing, this paper analyzed Qinyu Group, one of the small and medium-sized enterprises in Qindu district, as a case study.Some of the small and medium-sized enterprises gained new stimulus after their reform, but those in Qindu district are still facing many difficulties. Using empirical method, this paper summarized the reform experiences of the state-owned enterprises in Qindu district, analyzed the reasons of the their success and failure and put up with a blueprint for their future reform. The study of the problems mentioned above have some practical and guiding significance for the future reform on the small and medium-sized enterprises in Qindu district.
