Under the comprehensive guidance of theories of economies and law science, the dissertation, adopting the research methods of historic analysis, comparative analysis, probes into the United States and the United Kingdom's past and present legal system of financial supervision, and suggests the innovation of China's financial supervision law. This dissertation consists of four chapters.Chapter one defines the notion of financial supervision, concludes the necessity of it based on science theories and reality, points out the legal way is the most efficient way to regulate.Chapter two separately research the United States 's different legal system of financial supervision and regulation at different times and emphasizes it's unique characteristics, including high level legal system and comprehensive supervision organizations and so on.Chapter three separately research the United Kingdom's different legal system of financial supervision and regulation at different times and emphasizes it's unique characteristics-flexible.The last chapter,-chapter four introduces the past and present state and characteristics of China's financial supervision law and give a suggestion on China's financial supervision law's innovation.
