On The Road To Industrialization In China -- " The Road Of New Industrialization "

The goal was put forward systematically that we should take a new road to industralization and build an all-round well-off society at the No.16 National Congress of the Communist Party of China. The new road to industralization is the inheritance of party's industralization ideology.It is predicated on the achievement and experience of Chinese 53 years' industralization. The progress of industralization and informationization in the developed countries of the world made a strong sense of urgency on the realization of modernization resolved by the center of the party according to the situation of economic development in the world, the progress of science and technology and the fundamental realities of China. The consideration and practice of the new road to industralization initiated after the Third Session of the Eleventh Central Committee of the Party, particularly after the Fourth Session of the Thirteenth Central Committee of the Party. Its theory originated from Deng Xiao Ping's theme "How to Build Socialism". It was also the application and development of Deng Xiao Ping's ideology "Science and Technology is the First Productive Forces", which was applied, developed and expounded systematically by the third generation of cetral collective leadership at the fifth Session of the Fourteenth Central Committee of the Party, No.15 National Congress of the Communist Party of China and No.16 National Congress of the Communist Party of China according to the new situation. They clarified its ideologies and made strategies on "relying on science and education to rejuvenate the nation","sustainable development", "informationization propelling industralization", "taking a road to informationization with Chinese characteristics" etc., and formed the content of the new-style industralization as well.The new road to industralization has five characteristics.They are timely, perspective, all-round,sustainable and innovative. The great achievements have been made for the preliminary implement periodically. It laid a foundation and created a prerequisition for the realization of Chinese industralization basically in 2020.
