Sustainable Innovation Process Of Continuous Learning Mechanism And Mode Of Study

With the intensifying of market competition, the life of enterprise is becoming short at global scope. How to prolong enterprise's life and realize sustainable development is a global problem that must be confronted by enterprises & theory researchers and governments. The operating practice of some excellent global enterprises that have achieved for at least one hundred years draw us an important enlightenment: enterprise sustainable innovation (ESI) is the substantial way and the only method to realize sustainable development for an enterprise.Here, an Enterprise Sustainable Innovation (ESI) process is such a process that has continually implemented one or more projects of introducing new products/new process techniques/acquiring new materials sources/ realizing new organization /realizing new institution and management/ developing new markets/ and their inside diffusions at the enterprise for a long period and made a continually significant economic development to the enterprise during the period. However, it is very difficult to innovate continually for an enterprise. Researches find that ESI is a complicated process integrated systematically and dynamically by varied innovative projects..As a long-term and dynamic view, ESI embodies a continual accumulating-process of knowledge which accompanied by a process of continual learning in an enterprise. So, Enterprise continual learning (ECI) is the fundamental method to realize ESI for an enterprise. Based on the above-mentioned view, this paper deeply researches the enterprise continual learning mechanisms and models in an ESI process.1. From systematical angle, the author advances a tentative management frame of enterprise continual learning (ECI) in an ESI process, and also considers this management frame should include four aspects, that is, learning body, learning formation, learning process and learning mechanism. Furthermore, learning mechanism is the core of the management frame, and it makes the others learning factors and aspects to be a unity.2. On the basis of analytic framework, a systematic model about enterprise continual learning mechanism is put forward based on the ESI process. Enterprise continual learning mechanism includes four factors, that is, strategy, culture,organizational structure and motivators. Furthermore, shared vision as the organic combination of strategy and culture is very important in enterprise continual learning, and it leads organizational learning to an enterprise's goal. An effective organizational continual learning mechanism should possess good culture atmosphere, appropriateorganization structure and effective motivators.3. From practical angle, the author induces and introduces some organizationallearning tools that are employed regularly on different phases of enterprise continual learning process. At the same time, the author also put forward that mechanism construction is the key to impel continual organizational learning for an enterprise, and corporation university is an effective and feasible model of enterprise continual learning mechanism. Based the above-analysis, the author analyzes the function of the corporation university in an enterprise's continual learning. In view of the present conditions of our country, the author analyzes the environment of building a corporation university in our country and provides some implemental advices.4. As an example, the construction of continual learning mechanism is analyzed and evaluated which is being launched in Yunnan Electric Power Group and an actual case is obtained.
