On The Development Strategy Of Enterprise Groups In China

President Jiang comments at his report in the 16th party' s meeting: It is necessary- to develop large-scale company and group enterprise, which have great international competition through leading by market and policy. He also emphasize in another symposium concerning with country-owner enterprise' s reforming and developing that: We should focus our power on a part of large-scale enterprise. It is mainly depending on large-scale enterprise and group enterprise to realize the .economics development, industrialization and whole economic quality enhancing.Developing group enterprise plays a important role in country-owner enterprise' s tactic reforming and is of meaningful in industrial structure' s changing and evaluating and the developing of small or middle scale enterprise. In our country, the history of group enterprise' s developing is not too long. Thereare many question waiting for seriously solving not only in theory field but also in practice. This thesis intends to make some contribution in theory study for this field. The whole thesis is consisted by three departments: The first, practical situation. After brief introduction'of group enterprise, such as its quality, feature, function and social position, the writer focuses on the practice situation of group enterprise' s .developing in our country. The writer approves the historic contribution making by group enterprise in our country' seconomic developing, as well analysis thedifficulties and problems existing in its developing process.The second, learning advantages from others. In this part, the write briefly introduces' how group enterprise developed in other country. In aboard, especially in some developed country, group enterprise has long developing period. The situation in different country is not same. It is hard to introducing them all, so in this thesisthe writer just generally introduces the situation in Japan, Korea and American. In this part, the writer also analysis the new coming trend of globe scale enterprise' s merging. In the writer' s opinion, this trend is worth ofgreat concerning.The third, strategic solving. This part is the core of whole thesis. In this part, The writer discusses four strategy about the developing of group enterprise in our country: the strategy of diversifying the property right, the strategy of enlarging the group enterprise, the strategy of transnational operation and the strategy of skill revolution. The main reason the writer choose this field to study is that in the writer opinion they all are important questions which are waiting for solving eagerly at present. To study the developing strategy of group enterprise, too board knowledge are required. For the limitation of knowledge and ability the writer can not yields, the writer just try his best to make some study in some field under this board field of group enterprise.
