JiangLong Group is a typical case that developed into a large privately owned enterprise from a small village and township enterprise after reform and opening. The developing course of this enterprise is a miniature of the development of village and township enterprises and privately owned enterprises during twenty years reform and opening.This paper is a medical certificate of the development of enterprises. It will give a full view of the developing course of an enterprise which has grown up to a large privately owned enterprise engaging in real estate, high technology products and building material from a building and maintenance team with several workers. This essay will make a close examination about the successful experiences and failing lessons of JiangLong Group from various angles, such as: strategy, organization family management style, human resource, enterprise culture and public relationship. At mean time, in order to help the enterprise start the second time undertaking and make a rapid advance ,this paper has put forward concrete ideas concerning the establishment of modern enterprise property right system the cultivation of enterprise nuclear competition and made an analysis on the superior and inferior inside and outside the enterprise . Further more, under the actual economic developing environment of China, an enterprise's improvement is not only decided by the inner causes, but also by the outside causes such as: macroscopic policy> governmental support and social approval. Even as an enterprise with the capital of 200,000,000 yuan after ten years development, JiangLong Group is still involved in deep crisis and contradictions. How to break away crisis and create new success is the real meaning of this paper.
