Based on the LCC theory, this thesis carries out an analysis on the equipment management of YHC with some specific cases from different angles on order to offer some improved methods to the equipment management of the companyIn facing of the existed problems, it puts out an countermeasure in preventing management through out the whole management, strengthening organization and personnel training to realize the maximum of economy for LCC.Preventing means stopping breakdown from taking measures ahead and it will shortening time of maintenance and break down of the machine and turn onrush maintenance into keeping machine sets in good condition, therefore, it's a good way to have equipment classified in ABC and take a good advantage of limited equipment managing source to make point-check more functional. It will be econpmic both in construction and production period by paying much attention to equipment management during construction period It is more realistic to take all-round equipment management in lowering maintenance cost and shortening the time of break down. It covers the idea of whole management in malfunction, imported spare-parts stockpile and homemade as well. Man is principle to take any activities and is a decisional factor to all things such as strengthening and running organization effectively, personnel training and. realizing all-person-involvement target exam, and is ultimate for economy.The paper addresses the consecutive stratagem of development and equipment management through the realization of economic consuming electricity and the import of vitriol washing processing set, and the import of stainless steel cutting system in order to reducing smoke. The author will take a further study and apply the theory into the future work.
