In Britain, the working class and the bourgeois are two main classes. And their interests are incompatible. How to coordinate the two classes rights is essential to the stability of British society and to a long period of peace and order of the nation.It is important for all the British parties to coordinate the interests between the working class and the bourgeois. The labor party under Blair is without exception . There are four sections in this thesis.1. Hie experience from the old left wing and the new right wing. Hie labor party under Blair is different from not only the old labor party but also the conservative party. Blair's government draws lessons from them. So, it is necessary to compare the policy of the old left wing with the new right wing, before analysing Blair s interest coordination policies.2. Comparing of the state of working class and the bourgeois in England. With the development of globalization and the new revolution of science and technology, the state of British labor - capital has changed greatly. These changed conditions are the causes of Blair's coordination policy.3.New labor, new thinking. The policies of new labor are based on the experience of former governments. Blair takes all - win measures and tries to draw the attention of voters who come from all the class. This coordination thought has been reflected in Blair government's policies, including the following: coordination of economic policy, coordination of social policy, coordination of legal policy, coordination of organization institutional policy.4.The thinking about Blair government' s interest coordination policies. The aim of Blair' s interest coordination policies is to resolve the paradox of capitalist society. But with the time passing, Blair has to face a lot of challenges.
