With advantage of the advanced information technology, the enterprise informationilazition project has pushed the development of the social economy forcefully. In the meantime, it also has put forward many new examples. After the above 50 years' development, the enterprise informationilazition in China do have made a great success in lowing the cost and reducing the raw materials and production storage, but there are still many problems in the practical enterprise informationilazition progress. The road of exploring the enterprise informationilazition is not smooth and there are also many problems in the enterprise informationilazition of China. The level of our enterprise informationilazition is still too law. The enterprise which has succeeded in the informationilazition progresses still faces with the problems how to evaluate it. So whatever the researchers and the managers both imminently hope some one can conclude the enterprise informationilazition theory system or deeply study the evaluation system for the enterprise informationilazition.In this paper, we first expatiate the connotation and extension of the "Informationilazition", define the meaning of enterprise informationilazition. Then we discuss the main content of the enterprise informationilazition, the enterprise informationilazition classification, the enterprise informationilazition organization, the information systems and the senses of the enterprise informationilazition. On the representation of U.S. and Japan, we conclude the enterprise informationilazition development course. Hence, by analyzing the mode of the enterprise informationilazition, we summarize the whole enterprise informationilazition development courses and the status in quo of our country enterprise informationilazition. So we are able to realize the main problems of the enterprise informationilazition and take the corresponding measures. What's more, in this paper we also analyze in detail the development strategy of the enterpriseinformationilazition and the implement strategy. The development strategy of enterprise informationilazition shows the orientation clearly and macroscopically; the implement strategy shows the implement methods and principles in the microcosmic orientation.The success of the enterprise informationilazition is on the base of the integrated evaluation. Measuring and evaluating the effect of the enterprise informationilazition is also the important base of the country informationilazition and industry informationilazition evaluation. Moreover, it has very important practical sense in increasing the effect of the enterprise informationilazition. The study of the enterprise informationilazition synthetically evaluation systems (EISES) is also another important part. Fist we discuss the purpose and sense of the EISES, and dissertate with the principle and design method. We analyze the every facets of the enterprise informationilazition and constitute a set of evaluation index of EISES (concluding 4 first grade index; 16 second grade index and 58 third grade index).Then we according to the features of EISES and on thebase of these evaluation indexes, we expatiate the evaluation method-FussyAnalytic Hierarchy Process (FAHP) and give an example to illustrate how to evaluation the EIES. In the end of this paper, we make a conclusion and show the future study of our country enterprise informationilazition.
