This study concerned with the team entrepreneurship.At first,On the basis of research documents, this study analyses the dimensions of construct of teams entrepreneurship. Then, this study examined the relationship between motivation strategy , team structure and team entrepreneurship, the moderate role of organization culture on the relationship between motivation strategy, team structure and team entrepreneurship, and the role of task type on the relationship between team entrepreneurship and team performance. There are two stages in this study. At the first stage, an interview was conducted to analyze the dimensions of team entrepreneurship,the motivation strategy, the team structure, and the relationship of them in team management pratice. In second stage, 226 team members from 33 team were surveyed through questionnaires. The conclusions indicated that:1. Team entrepreneurship consists of five dimensions. They are initiative, self-motivation, innovation orientation, the tolerance of uncertainty, and resource control.2. Team entrepreneurship affects team performance significantly, the former can predict the latter to a certain extent. At the same time,the relationship between team entrepreneurship and team performance is moderated by task type.3. Motivation strategy and team structure have an significant influence on team entrepreneurship, the former can predict the latter to a certain extent . The goal dependence in team structure can predict every dimension of team entrepreneurship. Progress-oriented and outcome-oriented of motivation strategy both have important influence on team entrepreneurship, which indicates that for an effective motivation system, during performance measurement and appraise, the process and outcome should be integrated closely.4. The team entrepreneurship mediates the relationship between motivation strategy and team structure and team performance. At the same time, the dimensions of motivation strategy and team structure can predict team performance respectively, which father shows that team entrepreneurship is an effective indicator of team performance.5. Under different team development stages and different team size, significant variance exists on the tolerance of uncertainty, resource control, and self-motivation and innovation orientation.6. The moderate role of organization culture on the relationship between causes and team entrepreneurship is not significant, while the dimensions of teamentrepreneurship in enterprising culture are significant higher than those in conservative culture. These indicate that culture influence team entrepreneurship independently.
