With knowledge economy date coming,the knowledge-work and the project teams have become the important part that the enterprises create their value. The managers of the enterprises have been searching for a way to solve the problems of how to create and manage the project teams of high-performance. Being a human resources manager, no one can neglect the necessity and importance of this work, no matter how difficult it is. The aim of this thesis is just a try of the author in designing Team performance management scheme.In this thesis, the author mainly discussed the following contents in detail,A. Analyzed the question of the original performance management scheme of CHINA ACADEMY OF ENGINEERING PHYSICS (CAEP) and stated the necessity to improve it.B. Subject to the project study work of CAEP,designed the comparatively practical team performance management scheme.C. To raising team spirit, created the management idea that use the Team description file in place of the Position description file and comply persong of team with team in the result of performance evaluation.D. Created the different three payment system to leads personnel development.E. Formulated the process of team performance evaluation and redesigned the system of team performance evaluation.F. Emphasized the importance of performance feedback and communication investigation, and then raised the relevant measures.Under the direction of the performance management theory, the author elaborated the designing procedures of the team performance management scheme for CAEP, Although the most part of dialectic analyzing remains on superficies, it can be reference that improve the question of original performance management scheme of CAEP.
