| This paper, beginning with the world-famous ERP software SAP R/3, studies the business process of ERP software, clarifies the three characteristics of ERP software, and discusses how to construct the business process system of the software and how the system be connected with enterprise entity. With regard to the carrying out of ERP, the thesis provides two methods of basic data collecting which are compensation to each other. As to the phenomenon that ERP are commonly carried out with low success rate in China, the paper makes a deep research into BPR which is closely associated with the operation of ERP, and proposes the suggestion that a proper BPR route should be chosen according to the practical conditions of the enterprise. |
