Modern Evaluation Index System And Evaluation Methods

Modernization is a topic of conversation all over the world. To realize modernization is a dream for which the Chinese have been striving for several ages. What is modernization? How will China realize modernization? How can we achieve it? These questions require us to make deep researches and put forward appropriate strategic plans.This paper is to describe modernization by using statistical method. First, give the definition of modernization. Second, establish a modernization assessment index system. Third, use comprehensive assessment method to compare the level of modernization among ten countries. The purpose of writing this paper is to let people make aware of the real level of modernization in China and find out ways to promote the level of Chinese modernization and accelerate the process of Chinese modernization.
