| Along with Chin's entry into WTO, China's gold industry has melted into the global economic integration. The Chinese economy will surely participate in the international competition more deeply and extensively. The gold industry will also enter a brand-new era with both the pressure and the business opportunities.Facing the competition & challenge at home and abroad, CG National Group has realized that the competition of industry is actually the competition of talented people. Thus the topic now is planning and implementing the talented backup troops. Though there are many related articles about human resource management, regarding China's national condition, the talented backup troop management model for the state-owned enterprises is not mature yet.Through the systemic and scientific research of the problem, integrating with my practical working experience to human resources management, I am going to explain in this article the importance of constructing talented backup troop starting from the introduction of the gold industry background. On the other hand, I will make an analysis between the historical and the current problems during the period when CG group constructs their own talented backup troop. Then I will use the theoretical analysis method, from the humanized angle, to subdivide the talented backup troop's demand and to make a more comprehensive elaboration on the selection, training, using and the management of talented backup troop, which finally forms a comprehensive management application system. The goal of this article is to provide a basis for managers to construct a talented backup troop in order to implement in the entire group. Hopefully I could make some contribution to the establishing of a qualified talented backup troop as soon as possible. At the same time, it's a model and reference to manage talented backup troops for those state-owned excavation enterprises like coal and metallurgy industry that enjoy the same characteristics as the gold industry. |
