Since the reform and opening, with the transferring of international economical industries, for owning labor cost, mainland broad market and the competitive advantages, a group of well performed enterprises have grown up on Chinese market. They representatively proved the splendid achievements that China had gained during these twenty years, and indicated the trend of Chinese enterprises' future development. This article selects Hair, Legend and TCL group as the main research subject.As the research base, firstly this article qualitatively analyses the current stage that groups such as Hair are on. Referring enterprise life circle theory, combine the characters and growing goals, this article defines developing stages of these enterprises as early period, so the strategy that these enterprises applied on this stage is the growing strategy of enterprise early period.Based on analyzing the outer and inner conditions that enterprise groups such an Hair confronted with during their growing period, this article emphasis on the diversification and international angle, and by compares with the strategies that abroad enterprises implemented, analyzes and summarizes the growing strategies that enterprise groups such as Hair implemented by the way of case.Aim at the existent questions and deficiencies of these enterprise groups' growing strategies, this article finally gives a few proposes to these enterprise groups' future growing strategies in the angle of establishing enterprise' core competency.
