Status Quo And Prospect Of China's Food Security And Its Strategic Choice

China is a developing country with overmuch population and overless land; grain security problem is a problem be new for ever. "It is 50 years since establishing a state, three-generation leader of P. R. China have put hardships in realizing and ensuring grain security, and have obtained the results with attracting worldwide attention, at the same time, also paid out a high price. Facing the new century, how to ensure grain security in China while we construct the process of a relatively comfortable standard of living has brand-new signification and demand.This thesis utilizes the method integrated by the scientific abstract method, the practical analyze method, the comparative analyze method, the historical research method, contradictory analyze method and the systematic research method to analysis grain security problem in China through divided into 4 parts.Part-I, started from analyzing concept of grain security, mainly clarify the state's regnizance and understand for grain security problem. The conclusion obtained is that, the state always attaches importance to grain security highly, and further master its connotation for grain security in China scientially.Part-II, analyze and evaluate the status on grain security in China through an integrated method by comparative analyze & systematical research. The conclusion obtained is that, the state has higher level in grain security, but fore ground on grain security couldn't be optimistic.Part-Ill, in the process to all sidedely construct a relatively comfortable standard society of living, fore ground of grain security is done forecasting, and analyze the factors which affect grain security. The conclusion obtained is that, a Chinese could support him by himself, but the factors, which affect grain security, are multiphasic; we must adopt effective measures and actively reply.Part-IV, through a tour of investigation to historical evolution ofdeveloping strategies on grain security bring out the developing strategies for the process of all-sidedely constructing a relatively comfortable standard society of living in China, and provide a system arranging and the measures in policies planning.In China the problems on grain security have three marked characteristics, i.e.: importance, particularity and complexity. This thesis is started from the principles of recognizing and analyzing the operating system on grain security, combined the reality of economic & social development, in detailed answer that what is grain security, where particularity on grain security is in? How to evaluate level on grain security in China, what is fore ground on grain security in China, what should be selected on the developing strategies of grain security for the process in all-sidedely constructing a relatively comfortable standard society of living, how to execute the strategies.
