According to actuality and trends of world travel agencies, the first chapter discusses some problems and challenges occuring in Chinese travel agencies on the backgroud of economic globalization, then analyzes all kinds of effects of economic globalization on Chinese travel services . In this way, the paper studies Chinese travel agencies wholly, paving the way for the spacial expansion patterns studies of Chinese travel agencies belowThe second chapter discusses some basic knowledge on Chinese travel agencies spacial expansion studies. First, this chapter points out the innovation of this study report and its studing methods by the synthetical study on Chinese travel agency since 1978 .Second,this chapter puts forward the aim mode of Chinese travel agencies spacial expansion according to the study of theories and experiences on travel agencies spacial expansion in Europe and America. The aim mode supplies a base to be disccussed below. Finally, Study methodology and its methods about this study report are brought about.From the third to the sixth is the main part of this paper. By case studies , the spacial expansion modes of huge travel agencies in China mainly have Purchasing-Annexation Mode, Name-brand Expansion Mode, Administrative Transfer Mode, discussed in the Third chapter . The spacial expansion modes of middle travel agencies in China mainly have Network-Charter Flight Mode , Authorizition Chain Mode , E-commerce +Travel Agency Strategic Alliance Mode, discussed in the Fourth chapter. The spacial expansion modes of middle travel agencies in China mainly have Travel Agency consortium Mode ect, discussed in the Fifth chapter.The sixth chapter discusses effects about the spacial expansion of travel agencies in China. First, talk about regional effects about the spacial expansion of travel agencies in China, then mutual effects of the spacial expansion and industrial organization structure , enterprise organization structure of travel agencies in China. The conclusion drawn is that the spacial expansion of travel agencies in China is the spacial behavior of phasal evolvement of industrial organization structure , enterprise organization structure of travel agencies in China,which determines the extent .quality and charateristics of the spacial expansion of travel agencies in China.The seventh chapter sums up conclusions of this paper ,then talks about some puzzles and development trends.
