Research, Research Cooperation Mechanism Based On The System Of Innovation Theory

As an efficient method of technical innovation, the University-Industry cooperation has played an important role in the development of china, to which the mechanism is the key essential. So the study of the mechanism becomes a very significant subject.In the paper, the backgrounds of University-Industry cooperation and the new request for the current situation of china were analyzed first, based on which the systemic innovation theory was announced the director theory in the paper.Second, the concept and the history of University-Industry cooperation were reviewed, and then the paper introduced two typical systemic innovation theories and models, depended on which the model of the University-Industry cooperative system was constructed.Finally, in the guidance of the University-Industry cooperative system model, the University-Industry cooperative mechanism was studied from two angles: one is the angle of corporative process; the other is the angle of system. In this part, the author mainly researched the mechanism of influence on University-Industry cooperation by the systemic factors such as industry, university, institute, government, system, innovative culture and their relations through five typical cases, revealing some fatal obstacles to a good cooperative mechanism.The conclusions as follows were reached: first, the modern enterprise system is more important than technology; second, clear property right is the base of good benefit mechanism and a successful cooperation; third, an open science&technology system and cooperative culture is the guarantee for a successful cooperation; fourth, to play University-Industry cooperation's part to the full needs the balance between industry, university and institute.
