The Perspective Of Institutional Change, The Formation And Development Of Our Family Business

Family business has been playing a key role in private economy during Chinese economy institutions change. As one form of enterprise organization structures, family-firms have been developed all over the world for a long time. The studying and researching about family business in China is not so earlier than other countries, but it has been becoming more and more mature with the family business blooming. In this paper, we analyze and demonstrate the domestic family business developing and its tendency, based on the institutions economics. Part one: We analyze the developing of domestic family business in macroeconomic institutions change. Based on the history of macroeconomic institutions change, the history of family business has been divided into two parts: one is taking shape initially stage, from the third session of the 11th plenary meeting to Comrade Deng Xiaoping made remarks on his tour of the south; the other is developing stage from Comrade Deng Xiaoping made remarks.Part two: we analyze the family business taking shape initially in the microeconomic institutions change based on the theory of induced institutions change. Family business has its theoretical background, economic reasons and culture reasons.Pate three: Family organization structures change. We seek the possible institutions change's path in practice by analyzing the institutions change.
