Now. our country's commercial banks have to face the changes caused by financial globalization, deregulation and multi-operation, also they have to face the pressure caused by the domestic and global banking competition, so how to improve the kernel competition strength and develop new financial productions are the problems which have to be solved immediately. All these problem need commercial bank information system to be more extensible. Application Integrated Preposition System can solve the problem well. AIPS does not only integrate all kinds of preposition systems but also build a platform which is secure and extensible. AIPS provides important insistent to the bank's production and management.Firstly, I give the concept of AIPS. It is a system which fits to the development of financial business and can solve the contradiction of business development and system optimization. Secondly, according to the analysis of the system's necessity and demand. I pose the new design method of AIPS, such as frame, XML, multi-layer system construction and so on. I divide AIPS into kernel system, intermediary business system and other systems. The kernel system is divided to service application frame and platform, data exchange system and so on. As kernel system is very important, I find a traditional way to design it. This way can make AIPS transform data well.Because the application of AIPS does not only rely on appropriate software and hardware environment but also depends on good policy, so at the end of the thesis I put forward several suggestions. I hope our country's commercial banks can build real AIPS which has powerful function to develop new business and new products, strengthen management and improve commercial banks' kernel competition strength.
