Private Enterprises In A Number Of Issues And Countermeasures - Analysis Of Oriental Restructuring The Company Listed

According to related statistic data, the number of private enterprises increased to 221.52 million, the employees increased to 2931.61 million ,the paid-in capital increased to 2.1042 trillion and the production value increased to 737.183 billion by the first half year of 2002.I thought the above indicated that the private economy has been the leading power in the economy development of China. I discussed some problems encountered in the growing process of the private enterprises, brought forward a series of means to solve these problems and specially investigated the financial strategies of these enterprises. The main financial strategy is how to choose the investment ways, to ensure financing channel and methods, to regulate the internal financial structures based on the whole developing strategy and the actual financial situation of the private enterprises and the fully understanding of the current capital markets. The purpose is to guarantee the needs for capital in the development of the enterprise and make the best use of capital.I thought as China entered WTO, the government should fulfill the following tasks to help the private enterprises get better development: First, raise the position of the private enterprises according the basic principle of WTO; Second, speed the reform of the administrative approval procedure to lower the cost in the development of these enterprises. Third, the government function should be changed to improve the investment environment; Fourth, amend the laws and rules according to the needs of market economy. Fifth, extend the financing channels for the private enterprises to ensure the development of the private enterprises.At the same time, the private enterprises should also grasp the chance, fetch in advanced technology, high-level administrators and capital, study the objective rules of capital operation to improve its development.I analyzed a private enterprise (Dongfang Company) that I have worked for and pointed out some existing problems and the related suggestion.
