The corporate culture is the soul and captain of an enterprise, the headspring of enterprise vitality and activity, the endless drive for enterprise innovating and transforming, the frame and keynote of enterprise future development blueprint. Without health, excellence, pre-eminent culture, it is difficult for an enterprise to grow up moderately and develop continuously.The economic globalization brings the opportunities to share information, technique, rule, capital, and market for Chinese enterprises, but this " double blade sword" also brings unprecedented pressure and challenges, so Chinese enterprises should sufficiently take advantage of the advanced foreign managerial theories and experiences, combine them with practice to fulfill creation and development, strengthen international competitive ability and adaptability. This dissertation basing on such purpose introduces the corporate culture- this managerial idea and means that has not been completely understood and practically held by Chinese enterprises, analyzes and discusses the corporate culture theories and enterprise managerial fulfillment through combining them, in order to attain the result with theory to guide practice and with practice to examine theory.This article begins from the basic connotation of corporate culture and expands and deeps into gradually, points out how the enterprise spirit to play its role in management, and explains the relation between enterprise institution culture and management, expounds the enterprise culture that person is root and cultural management pattern, emphasizes in discussing with the learning organization culture and knowledge management, puts forward how to execute knowledge management in learning organizations and foster culture suited knowledge management pattern, hopes through this thesis make people know that corporate culture and management are one body with two faces ,and culture is managerial art, management is cultural science. Only combining the both together can we attain the highest boundary.
