| Urbanization is a social and economic phenomenon of world concern. It is the way for human progress and economic development to go. Any country has to go through this progress. According to the law of urbanization development, the progress of China's urbanization is developing fastly, and facing huge social changes. So urbanization need mature experience and new knowledge. But as a change of social and economic structure, the progress of urbanization is not only embodied in the increase of superficial number but also in motivation mechanism and system arrangement. When studying on China's urbanization, we should not only focus on the growth of superficial number but put more attention to the system arrangement and changes that affect the process of urbanization.Firstly, the thesis explains the connotation and the formation mechanism of urbanization comprehensively and clearly describes the inner connection between system arrangement and urbanization, namely, the speed of urbanization is decided in the system arrangement. On the basis of analysis, I describe demonstrablely and analyze theoretically the process, law and characters of China and other countries which make a background for analyzing the system arrangement of China' urbanization.Secondly, on the basis of New Institutional Economics, I explore the affection of system arrangement on urbanization. Then I analyse several concrete system arrangements which play an important role in urbanization, such as household register, social security systems, land systems, administrant systems and urban construction investing and financing systems, and so on.Finally, a conclusion can be made that the system arrangement lagging is a profound restraint for urbanization's development. In order to dispel urbanization's adverse factors and provide the possibility that utilizes all kinds of elements effectively, it is necessary to innovate old systems. In the last part of the thesis I put forward some suggestions on the system innovation. |
