The competition of international tobacco market is becoming more and more intense. Facing the opportunities and challenges of economic globalization as well as the threats of Global Companies, It becomes an important project to be studied how to catch the opportunities and meet the challenges, to market product to international market and run business internationally for Liaoning Tobacco IM.& EX.Co.(Abbreviation LTIEC)-one of the eighteen companies having the right to trade tobacco into international market.In light of theories and technique of marketing, management economics and enterprises strategy management, on the basis of analysis and prediction on world wide supply and demand of tobacco, this paper makes a. detailed division of international tobacco market, and also Locating the target market for LTIEC on the basis of its own resources and the tobacco situation of competition in the world, compared and analyzed the opportunities and challenges for LTIEC's tobacco exportation.Finally, the thesis focus more on the target market and the resource of LTIEC, and select the South Africa as the target market. Also point out that LTIEC can not finish its intention only on the basis of its own power even in South Africa, a strategic partner is necessary. So this paper put forward creatively the "5P" of marketing mix-(Partner, Products, Price, Place and Promotion) for exportation of tobacco and consequently proposed the decisive measures for LTIEC's strategy of marketing tobacco into international market.
