Marketing channel decision is one of important decisions that enterprises must face. Because tobacco and its ware are special consumer goods, all governments are stricter with tobacco industry than all other industry in management, China and a few nations are still executing the tobacco monopolization system. The inevitable trend of market and internationalization in economy development will force the Chinese tobacco industry facing cutthroat market competition, that is to put forward the scathing challenge to the current tobacco monopolization system. Under this kind of special industry background, the purpose of the study is looking for the methods of quickly developing Wujin tobacco corp.'s marketing channel matching to the market economy, increasing Wujin tobacco corp.'s market competitive power, enhancing Wujin tobacco corp.'s market control ability. By analyzing the tobacco industry macro-environment and the tobacco market development status of certain area, this article summarizes the experience of the Wujin tobacco corp.'s marketing channel developments in the last few years; puts forth effort to innovate the region's tobacco marketing model in order to promote the health development of the tobacco industry with the period.
