We can deal the result from last step with an evaluating model to score the credit class of one company. To accomplish the above whole process, we need to choose all the factors used for the evaluation and design an evaluating model, we should also use a mixed evaluating method and mainly use qualitative analysis assisted with quantitative analysis to figure out the credit of a company.This system is base on ICAS and SYBASE database system. And POWER BUILDER language is selected to develop the credit evaluating system. The structure of this system is client/server.The system is meaningful that it is trying to build up a credit evaluating system, so it can provide experience for government-build credit system.
