Tire is one of the important parts of cars. The tire has been developed fast with the high speed expound of motor vehicle. But at present, there are many differences between national tire enterprises and abroad. With the globalization of democratic market, how to face the fierce competition is an important problem to tire enterprises. At this topic, based on the investigation of several tire enterprises, this article put forward the conformity of the companies by the method of systematize and the behavior of market, how to form the model of group.With the summary of mass research and the assistance of theory of industry concentration and the force of competition, the analyzes the comprehensive sides of the situations of our democratic tire market. To develop a competititge strategy coincide with the keen situation and connected close with market. This development model will be benefited by the growth of the weak tire enterprises.Through the analyses of the existing conditions and relevant factors of the tire line, Promotion of specified method and relevant procedure to enable organize enterprise group to creat core competition force. The structure of the article is; the first part is the introduction of the present conditions of native tire line. Second part is; To analyze therelevant factors that until influence the development of the line ; In thethird part, from three aspects --the marketing situationrequirement the line concentration and the competition to promote a forecast of the tire market. The forth part is to promote a model of national tire integration-it is the necessity to establish a enterprise groups. In the last part, setting forth the detail design of the model to integration.
