"Knowledge" factor has been separated from other producing factors, independently becoming an essential factor, playing a leading role in economic operation. Knowledge has been the most important economic resource in enterprises. On the background of the world economy, Exposition of Competitive Strategy on Knowledge Advantage is an important problem in China's enterprises' getting knowledge advantage and continual development. Based on sufficient preparation and meticulous consideration, the framework of Exposition of Competitive Strategy on knowledge Advantage is formed, which includes: (1) introduction; (2) the theory of traditional competitive advantage and competitive strategy;(3) new trend of competition and limitation of the theory of traditional competitive strategy; (4) competitive strategy on knowledge advantage;(5) competitive advantage change and strategy adjustment.The introduction involves two parts: the first comprises meanings of the research, which includes (1) knowledge has been an important economic resource; (2) knowledge competitive becomes important foundation of competitive strategy of enterprises. These generalize that core profit source and competitive advantages have embodied some high valuable knowledge assets step by step, which plays important role. That adopted two cases, one is Toyota has sued Jili 's infringing of its trade marks, the other is Cisco has sued Huawei's infringing of its patent, proves that advance enterprises have made use of knowledge assets to bring competitive advantage, which reflects urgency and meanings of researching knowledge advantage. The second brings forward main contents of Exposition of Competitive Strategy on Knowledge Advantage and indicates attempts and innovation of the thesis, which mainly sums upthe thesis and stresses the advanced, groping characteristics of the thesis.In the part of the theory of traditional competitive advantage and competitive strategy, which mainly includes: (1)reality and thought. This part mainly combs and analyzes the status quo of three different enterprises, bringing out the problem that the thesis researches;(2) the theory of traditional competitive advantage and competitive strategy and its meaning. This thesis firstly explains the definition of two main types of tranditional competitive advantage and the methods to getting competitive advantages; Secondly this thesis explain the traditional theroy of competitive strategy on competitive advantage in brief. This thesis expounds profoundly the marrow of traditional theroy of competitive strategy.In the part of new trend of competition and limitation of traditional competitive strategy, which mainly includes: first, new trend of enterprises' competition. This thesis makes use of lots of true examples to describe, analyze and conclude status quo of enterprises' international competition. Based on these, this thesis points out that modern enterprises' competitive advantage has taken place new change that competitive strategy on knowledge advantage is common pursuit of advanced enterprises; second, limitation of traditional competitive strategy. This thesis explains the limitation from three points of view. In the part of competitive strategy on knowledge advantage, which mainly expounds competitive strategy on knowledge advantage, the thesis focuses on two parts: (1) The thesis explains the basic definition of knowledge assets in detail and define the scope of knowledge assets. This thesis brings out two types of competitive strategy: offensive competitive strategy and defensive competitive strategy. (2) Fulfillment of competitive strategy on knowledge advantage. This thesis tries to conclude the characters of organization and management of enterprises which implement the competitive strategy and strategic result brought bycarrying out the competitive strategy.
