The purpose of this paper is to research how to apply the EC and how to promote the process of the practicability with EC application in the power supply enterprises.At first, having analyzed what EC is, and the major opportunities and limitations when the power supply enterprises develop EC, we main research the strategy of the power supply enterprise develop EC. When we analyze synthetically the actuality of our country's power supply enterprises and the characteristic of EC, we could have a conclusion: power supply enterprises develop EC should adopt the chief strategy of client center and then should develop EC step by step. Several means are associated to this chief strategy, they include: it should be based on the system of client center, and create a total database of client information. It should build different EC service models in according with the different customers. In virtue of EC system, it should create visualize of the power supply enterprise, and then make the best use of the EC system's advantages.In addition, we also analyze the problems which the power supply enterprises should barge up against when they develop EC, Such as the safe of the system, human resource and so on.Finally, chapter 4 deals with EC system of Changsha electric power bureau as a case. Changsha electric power bureau is a city power supply enterprise. Compare with the other cities, it has own advantages and disadvantages. Based on the actuality and characteristic of Changsha electric power bureau, we put forward the resolvent project of how to develop the EC system in Changsha electric power bureau.This paper is dedicated to how to develop EC in power supply enterprises. We believe the strategy and resolvent we analyzed should be useful to power supply enterprises in their EC development.
