This thesis focuses on Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) and its added significance in the new world of Electronic-Commerce. It is essential for enterprises to choose Electronic-Commerce in the economic globalization era. Based on the Internet technology, Electronic-Commerce is rapidly changing the management model of all trades and all professions. The requirements of information are becoming most intense. The development of information technology has made ERP becoming an important means of enterprise management. The thesis discusses the basic theories and the development of the ERP, analyzes the relationship and the integration of the ERP and Electronic-Commerce, elaborates the necessity and the feasibility of the integration, and offers the methods of the integration through diagram and sheets. And the thesis analyzes the problems and difficulties, offers several suggestions for problems. Finally, the thesis illuminated the feasibility of ERP with KONKA' s example. We can believe that if the methods are right, enterprises can succeed. This thesis argues it is essential for integration of the ERP and Electronic-Commerce. Though there are many difficulties, only a few such successes, enterprises must overcome all kinds of difficulties and can succeed. The aims of thesis are finding corresponding methods through analyzing the problems, and reinforcing our enterprises abilities of application of ERP under Electronic-Commerce and the succeeding ratio. Chinese enterprises must make integration of the ERP and Electronic-Commerce, if they want to success in the international market. With using integrated system, enterprises can realize the supply chain management, share information with other partners, improve the operation efficiency and strengthen the competitions.
