| This thesis is committed to analyze the evolution trend of the hotel electronic distribution and propose a handful of countermeasures under the internet circumstance.The hotel distribution environment mainly comprises of distribution channel and customer on which any distribution pattern is based. In essence, every alteration of the hotel distribution pattern is a kind of readjustment in accordance to the high efficiency of information delivery and price. The thesis has 3 parts, firstly, after much study and review of the related literatures, some common alteration rules were extracted including the alteration of channel structure, the simplification process of the channel, the alteration between hotel and channel, the behavior feature of the customer's internet information search and reservation behavior research. Secondly, we test some uncertain factors mentioned in the prior part mainly focusing on the hotel managers' knowledge level to the electronic distribution and the exploration to the customer behavior. Lastly, according to the alteration feature of the hotel distribution environment, the thesis summarizes and propose some workable operation patterns and ideas, including establishing new business pattern, choosing the correct electronic distribution channels in line with the environment alteration, establishing customer oriented information providing system and reforming the pricing policy. |
