The Theory Of Industrial Clusters And The Beijing Industrial Park Development Study

The industry park is a kind of special economic phenomenon, its fast development has drawn great attention by the whole world. Beijing' s industry parks play an important roles in the process of economy construction, especially the "Zhong guan cun" high-tech industry park and Central Business District(CBD), which as the most two important industry parks in Beijing, they are becoming the top power in Beijing' s economy development and accelerating the construction of Beijing into a international city.The research purpose of this thesis is to use industry clusters and related theories to guide Beijing' s industry parks can develop healthily and rapidly, make them become the real push power in the capital economy development, then spread the effect to the surrounding regions and develop together.This thesis is divided into four parts :The first part analyze the industry cluster theories generally , and also introduces the domestic and international industry parks, primarily about high-tech industry parks and CBDs;The second part discuss the relations between industry parks and capital economy, and the industry parks' function in capital' s economic structure adjustment;The third part analyze the "Zhong guan cun" high-tech industry park and the CBD individually .point out their existent problems and "Zhong guan cun " has advantage in developing high-tech industry while CBD has advantage in developing modern service industry;the last part put forward some suggestions on how to develop the industry parks in Beijing, try to have the benefits to resolve the actualproblems.
