| In 21st century, the manufacture industry of the whole world takes a profound and ongoing strategy of reconstruction. The developed countries in manufacture industry, such as America, Japan and European countries, try to maintain their monopoly power in the fields of new and high technology. Meanwhile, by cutting down the manufacture cost and improving the competing ability, which they take as the ultimate aim, the developed countries are reallocating the resources of manufacture industry again in the whole range of the world to attain the best mold. In contrast, due to the massive market and cheap labor China has become a very important land to attract and absorb the manufacture industry in the world. Would China be "the center of manufacture industry in the world"? Should China be "the center of manufacture industry in the world"? These questions gradually attract more and more eye bowls from both inside and outside of China. This paper will focus on the above questions and engage in theoretical, practical and deductive research on these subjects. The major parts of this paper are as follows: First, this paper will make general introduction on the concepts and theories which might be mentioned in the paper. Then it will focus on the historical background and development of manufacture industry in the world, and also, make analysis upon the process of several transferences of the world manufacture industry center in history. Generally, it begins from British which is the origin place of industrial revolution, then goes to America who makes every endeavor to catch up, and then turns to Japan which breaks through the restrictions of large countries by resorting to science and technology improvement. Upon analyzing the reasons and distinguishing features for those countries to becoming the world manufacture industry center respectively, this paper will demonstrate the real aspects of the world manufacture industry center in the view of global economy and make prediction to its ongoing development and tendency of transference. Second, this paper will analyze the historical background, development and the current exporting situation of manufacture industry in China. Based on the analysis, it will make judgment upon the role of Chinese manufacture industry in the world and its developing tendency. The manufacture industry grows rapidly in China. It has constructed the sound basis for its further development and gained the unchallengeable position in the international division. Furthermore, this paper will discuss the possibility and necessity for China to become the center of manufacture industry in the world. For instance, it will draw the conclusion that China has acquired the elementary basis and probability to develop into the center of manufacture industry in the world which will furnish China with the development of economic, the promotion of employment and the cooperation of trade in return. So there is highly necessity for China to become the center of manufacture industry in the world. Based on the initial conclusion mentioned above this paper will detect the drawbacks and problems existing in the current manufacture industry in China and make analysis on them to find out what caused those problem.
