Erp Implementation Process And Method Of Manufacturing Enterprises Of The Project

Through implementing the ERP system, the enterprise can improve its management level, optimize existing business process,and enhance the adaptation ability to the market. The thesis first analyses the characteristics of project manufacturing and project manufacturing enterprise, and summarizes the history of the ERP implementation in our country and discusses existing problems. Then based on the ERP implementation project of Nanjing Chenguang Aerospace Applying Technique Company LTD in Jiangsu Province, the thesis analyses the whole implementation process and provides relevant solutions to existing problems, then discusses the implementation of manufacturing module, and analyses the characteristics of the chosen ERP software, brings forward the solution of enterprise's actual problems. Finally, the thesis makes comparison of two kinds of evaluation system of ERP implementationproject.
