As time goes on, people's awarness of rights has been strengthening day by day, and human rights problem has been studied in theory world as a hot topic , which is a significant manifestation of social progress. However ,human rights problem is an all-inclusive problem which many subjects such as philosophy, politics , jurisprudence ,ethics get involved .Meanwhile,due to different angles from which people see it ,there are many different views and ideas on human rights.Thereupon we need to analyze it with the principles ancerning Maxist philosophy .Human rights,as a historic category,means social rights that a man enjoys. Its content and form as well as its realization, is confined to social relations and social historic development. Human rights are universal rights that one should enjoy as a human ,but in the real society , as for what right on earth people should possess and enjoy . different countries and nations vary in both understanding and practice. Some "human rights principles"which are given priorities in some countries may not be agreed on or may even be regarded as heretic in ofher nations and countries; that is ,when universality of human rights is applied to the society ,it shows as diversity in the form-the modes of human rights that different countries and nations adopt are diversifsed , are unigue to their oun ,Interfereing other countries' domestic affairs under the barrier of human rights therefore will come against the cause of international human rights and come to a dead alley .Besides , human rights include not only individual rights, but also collective rights. Man is social ,so we can not separate human rights from social relations when analyzing the problem. Each person is the individual of his coutry or nation,so human rights are the unity of individual rights and collective rights . In the spirit of the above , this paper is to analyze the formation of Marx and Engels' ,early thoughts of human rights, to explore human rights ideals of marx and Engels , in the materialists' eyes by means of Marxist political philosophy, then the paper bring us in details the formation and the development of Marxist human rights , its theories as well as its guidance meaning on the establishment of socialist human rights system. In buildingsocialist human rights system, the paper will manifest the importance of dealing correctly with the relations between human rights and ruling party,regime,Iaw respective and necessity of understanding the relations between individual rights and collective rights correctly. Moreover ,the paper will focus on progress and deepening of Marxist human rights theories in China-features and new attachments of it in Mao's and Deng's period . After gradual revelation of the influence of Marxist human rights theories on the development of Chinese human rights cause in the new period , this paper will finally draw the conclusion in human rights, right of existence and progress are the fundemental problems; human rights are the unity of individual rights and collective rights; ruling by law is the social protecton ; humea rights problem in nature ,is the problem of a nation's internal affairs.
