3r-based Theory Of Urban Energy Supply Analysis

The economic development and the procession of civilization in our country have been speeding up in recent years. With the centralization of energy consumption to cities, sustainable utility of energy and the ecological environment problems of cities have emerged. It is of great significance for improving sustainable development ability and eco-environmental quality of cities to make energy supply plans and energy utility ecological, economical and regenerative.On the basis of summary of the energy situation and current models of energy supply home and overseas, the paper explain the basic theory about ecotype alteration of energy supply chain according to the basic law of recycling economy and energy supply. Then, from the judge of city energy type, the author proves the object as energy dependent city and makes a contrast among eight typical energy dependent cities in our country. Thirdly, the paper sets up the ISM model of city energy system by induction and reconstructs traditional MARKAL model, therefore, build notional model of city energy ecological supply and make analysis on the factors and their relations of the model. In the end of the paper, it presents relevant measures and proposals on the city ecotype alteration.
