The Law Of. High-tech Park Development And Management Model

This thesis adapt the method of combining theory study and experimental analysis to analize the developing modes and developing law of High Science and Technology Park. Seeks managerial characterestics and successful managerial modes of High Science and Technology Park.The life cycle of High Science and Technology Park is analyzed, and the critical success factors of it are put forward. It is suggested that benchmarking should be carried in Chinese High Science and Technology Park. In benchmarking of High Science and Technology Park, attentions should be paid to determining the benchmark correctly, decideing the benchmarking content carefully, carrying performance measurement in a right method, and implementing dynamic benchmarking.It is pointed out that the existing problems of Dalian High Science and Technology Park are as following: First, the combination of research and market should be strengthened; Second, the mechanism of risk investment is not perfect; Third, the incomes of high talented persons are relatively low.The developing strategies of Dalian High Science and Technology Park that should be adapted are put forward as following: (1)Science and Technology research system and evaluation system should be reformed; (2) Set up and perfect the mechanism of risk investments; and (3) Carry on the benchmarking and create the managerial advantages.
