Technology Innovation Strategy. Of Hk Study

Nowadays, enterprises are facing violent competition of worldwide. Technological innovation is an effectual strategic way of improving the competitive advantage and gaining the core competence. Though most enterprises have no development strategies, no mention to the direction of the technological innovation of strategy management. The thesis has analyzed the case of HK Company and studied how small and medium sized enterprises project the realistic technological innovation strategy based on their individual situation.The thesis introduced the development history of HK at first and presented the successful experience and the lack of the technological innovation at present. Three famous firms have been analyzed based on the studying of technological innovation strategy theories. An analysis on the development trend of air condition controller industry of China and the present situation was made with approach of five competitive forces model and SWOT method. The R&D abilities and technological innovation abilities were estimated as the main factors of internal analysis. The competitive basis of air condition controller and key points have arrived after value chain has been analyzed and technological direction has been clarified. The paper pointed out that the key factor of HK's development depends on core competence and mastering of key technologies and new technologies in this application technology industry. The key points of HK's technological innovation strategy are building stimulation system, improvement of technological abilities, enforcing scientific management of technological innovation system. And further, this paper puts forward the sub-objectives of HK's technological innovation strategy and strategy implementation: building stimulation system, guiding technological innovation activity by strategy, coordinating R&D department and the other departments, improving R&D management and the selection of project, enhancing marketing forces, enhancing industrialization expenditure, enhancing R&D expenditure, improving financial support of technological innovation.
