System Of Farmers' Income

Comprehensively constructing a well-off society is the common goal of Chinese people of different nationalities. While the key point of this task lies in rural area, which means how to increase the income of rural people. This is still the most important task in our rural work. Therefore, it is of great importance both in theory and practice for us to study the problem of how to increase their income and furtherly put forth valid measure to solve it.The thesis firstly describes the concept and theory involving in the problem. And then, it makes an analysis on the effective factors from the angle of policy system, it furthur points out how do these factors make effect on the problem. Secondly, the thesis from the same angle makes an analysis on the measures to the problem and the offered policy creation, The thesis finally disgusses the relationship between formal and informal policies and also their functions in increasing rural people's income. In this light, the author points out that the most basic and important measure to the problem is a justice and reasonable policy from the government and the outlook-shifting and quality-increasing of rural people.
