Institutional Research, In China The Problem Of Corruption And Governance

The problem of corruption has been the focus problem of society in our country. With the development of economics, economics also takes part in the rank of arguing about corruption. Besides the rent-seeking theory, other analytic ways of economics , such as economic man , game theory, marginal analysis, general-equilibrium analysis and exchange costs theory of new institutional school , can be used to analyse the problem of corruption.This paper mainly uses the analytic ways of economics, firstly, it discribes and reviews the corruption in nowadays China and the research of corruption in Economic Field. Then, it builds two-ball floating model to analyse why corruption may be present? And it builds tendering bureaucracy model to analyse what's the corruption's influence in economic . Through the analysis it points out the corruption phenomenon will be present for a long time and the anti-corruption is the only choice.On the basis of analysis, according to thethought of keeping corruption's lower level equilibrium, this paper builds the corruption choice model basedon salary to discribe the institutional planning thought of non-want corruption-non-able corruption-non-dare corruption according to before-things-be-things-after-things of anti-corruption.Finally, it draws some main conclusions, that is , the corruption damages our country's market economic system and it must be beaten. According to the only result of government being present and the man-source of corruption , corruption will be present in our country's political and economical lives. So we must find a series of better anti-corruption systems to keep the lower equilibrium of corruption. And it draws some policy suggestions, such as high-salary to defence corruption, reducing governmental power which needn't , enforcing power's watch-each-other machinism, strictly beating corruption, enlarge punishing corruption and promote the international anti-corruption cooperation.
