College Logistic And Social Reform Process In Financial Analysis

The college logistic socialized reform started from the year of 1999, whose aim is to solve the bottleneck handicapping the further development of the higher education, and to realize service function co-shared by the government, the college and society together, which is meaningful for the realization of the strategy of using science and education to revitalize China and the strategy of talent producing.The logistic department of Inner Mongolia University has formed different financial relations after experiencing three steps of normative leap-off from the college, independent operation, and enterprised management, having connections with the subjects concerned in the process of operation by activities of assets leap-off, financing, Investing and running. The thesis, hoping to provide some suggestions for the smoothly processing of the college logistic socialized reform, analyzes the financial relations between the logistic group, the university, the subordinate entities, working staff and tax administration agency, defines property right involved, and the nature of logistic assets, provides further explanation to the interests distribution between the group and the working staff, and also discusses some of the accounting questions met in the transformation process.
