Senior Management Based On Resource Integration, The Formation Mechanism Of The Competitiveness Of Enterprises

As the stratagem and decision-making constitutor in corporation, top managers are very important to the development of the corporation. The main study of this dissertation is that the top managers can improve performance and competition ability through integrate inside resource and outside resource of the corporation. On the base of summarize theoretics, first, I dissertate top managers how integrate inside resource of the corporation and effect the competition ability of the corporation. Second, I dissertate top managers how integrate outside resource of the corporation and affect the competition ability of the corporation. Through analyzing, I find out the relation of the top managers and the competition ability of the corporation. In the fourth chapter of the dissertation, I evaluate the function of the top managers in improving competition ability of the corporation. In the last chapter, I dissertate how to improve the competition ability of the corporation, I believe that we can improve the competition ability of the corporation through improve their ability and endeavor.
