China Central International Tobacco Company Limited Performance Management Research

The profound study has been done in this article on the system of performance management in Hua Huan International Tobacco Co.,Ltd on the basis of applying the relative theories and methods of performance management. Problems existing before the performance management in Huahuan are analyzed significantly on the aspects such as the construction and management of target system, the application on the advanced concept of performance evaluation and the utilization of evaluation results etc. And meanwhile, the causes of the successful reform on performance management under my guidance are elaborated in Huahuan Corporation, also the relative evidences on successful performance management reform are provided in detail.
