In order to cope with the increasing require of quality of architecture and the demandment of market competition ,middle-small enterprise of architecture ,such as Tancheng enterprise of architecture(TEA) ,is in the disadvantage situation in increasingly drastic market competition, due to the limitation of the scale,fund,personel and the level of management.how to improve the level of quality management on the present base and enforce the competitive power has become the critical problem to be solved by every middle-small enterprise of architecture.Based on the theory of quality management, the thesis analyzes design of QMS of TEA and the process of building in chapter 2 ,and emphases on studying the difficulty problems and the countermeasure in the building and operating of QMS of TEA in chapte 3. The thesis studies how to ensure the effectiveness of the QMS operating in chapte 4.The study establish the base for TEA's improving the level of quality management and the power of market competition ,at the same time offering the excellent example for other middle-small enterprise of architecture.
