It's very difficult to do performance examination in knowledge enterprise because that knowledge is very difficult to be measured by process or behaviors. It doesn't simply mean the rate of attendance, office's clear rate, filling up form. So drawing w hat k ind o f p erformance e xamination sy stem w hich reaches t o t he a dminister aim is our discussing problem.The paper select XinSheng electron technologies institute as the example to analysis the administration personnel's performance administration system. First of all author excerpts this institute active performance examination interim procedures in relevance administration personnel's relative section, including examination's aim, examination's object, examination's content and standard, examination means and procedure, examination result usage and examination's organization and administration. Then author exerts management study direct to these content, using organization behaviors learns, manpower administration. In turn the paper points out problems and lacks in active examination institutional, liking examination aim is single, examination content is vague melt, examination's standard lacks of maneuverability, examination's means is very simple, examination result usage is not entirely as desired and so on .The reason is that this institute regulatory recognition extent insufficient to performance, regulatory meaning obscure to performance.
