In recent years, China’s rapid economic development, the whole country in theoccurrence of the change in attitudes. At present, our country law enforcement personnel’squality and management condition cannot good to adapt to the rapid development ofeconomic society and government management mode change requirements, the urgent need tofurther explore and perfect. Road transport industry and people’s production and life closelyrelated, directly affect people’s interests and social the development of economic construction,based on this, road transport administrative law enforcement personnel management problemhas caused the transportation management department takes seriously.
