Contemporary China's Political Development And A Socialist Political Civilization,

The development of contemporary Chinese Politics and the Civilization of Socialist Politics are two important problems which current Chinese Society shows concern for. At present the academic circle mostly conducts some respective discussion from a different angle and subject' s trait, but the researches that combine the two problems are few. The thesis lays stress on the characteristic, tries to look for surmountment' s points in which the two problems contact and unite ,and conducts the following four discussions:1. It analyses the value objective of the development of contemporary Chinese Politics and choose the way to obtain it. To establish the value objective of the Political development we must obey three basic principles. Meanwhile, it reaches the way of the development of contemporary Chinese Politics has to be bettered from the analysis of history and the reality. The way must be changed from only pushing the Political development through the reform of the Political system to bringing along the Political development through the creativity of the Political civilization.2. It synthetically discusses the backgrounds of the socialist Political Civilization and the renovation of the Political Civilization of Jiang Zemin .The theory and the practice demand that we must carry on the establishment of Political civilization. And it realizes a qualitative leap of Socialist Civilization theory when Jiang Zemin put forward to build Political Civilization.3. It discusses the means and goal of the socialist Political Civilization at a step further. And it clears the goals of Socialist Political Civilization are Democracy and law.4.
