Highway Construction Project Construction Bid Management

Standing at the macro-point, this thesis gives a full-scale introduction on the bidding system of highway construction project in and abroad, analyses the existence in China and makes the standard bidding system by learning from the FIDIC terms. Meanwhile, actual statute systems of bidding management, the allowance system of the actual highway construction market, and the procedure of bidding management have been given. This thesis emphasizes on collecting and introducing international project invite public bidding, FIDIC invite public bidding and the course of the native highway engineering project invite public bidding. Though a large number of examples experienced on person, the author clearly gives the differences between the native projects and World Bank projects.
