"northeast" Strategy Implementation And Development Of Yanbian's Industrial Economy

Since China's reform and opening to the world, it has formulated a few important policies, such as constructing economic special region, developing Pudong region and developing West region etc. Now as a new national policy to be put up, the policy of developing northeast region becomes one of the important strategies to achieve the modernizations with the strategy of developing West region and quicken the north region, whose core is to rebuild the system of northeast region's industry in order to form the fourth point of economic growth of China following with the Zhu River Region, Chang River Region and Beijing Region. But it is not easy. The Party Central Committee quickening the policy of developing the northeast region is not just to give money or policy. The key to the northeast region is to reform the old system. That's meaning we should use new train of thought, new system, new mechanism and new way to develop our northeast region.Then how to change our idea and bring forth new system with the region's characteristic and actual conditions; how to put up the specific solutions by leading into outer fresh idea and resource in order to carry out the government's decision and strategy. The leader and the people in the northeast region pay most attention to it now.The historic policy of developing the northeast industrial base supply the economy of Yanbian especially the industrial economy of Yanbian with an important developing chance. This thesis issues the policy of developing the northeast industrial base affecting on the developing of industrial economy of Yanbian through analyzing the actual conditions of industry of Yanbian.
